Shabby Chic Card and Box -
An old work colleague asked me to make a card for her daughter. This one was a challenge as I don't like pink, but in this instance its one of my favourite cards to date. It has a lovely shabby chic backing paper which helped me select my card stock to create the flowers and foliage. A doily die was perfect for the name and birthday being celebrated and gold was used due to the warm tones. A couple of types of ribbon and a small cameo embellishment finished the card off. I complimented it with a simple but matching box. The finished card was in an A5/C5 size.
